Panoramic tour of the famous and artistic Balat neighborhood, renowned for its colorful houses. Next, we will take a boat trip on the Bosphorus, which separates the city of Istanbul into two continents. During this trip, you can see the Sultans’ Palaces and old, traditional wooden houses, allowing you to enjoy history in a different way. Next, we will visit one of the star attractions, the Spice Bazaar, built by the Ottomans five centuries ago and in use ever since. End of the included visit. If you do not book the optional visit, the return transfer to your accommodation is not included. The rest of the day is free, with the option of an optional excursion to visit the Mosque of Sultan Süleyman the Magnificent, located on top of the Eminonu hill. Lunch and then we cross the Bosphorus Bridge to visit the Beylerbey Palace, an Ottoman-era palace located on the Asian shore of the Bosphorus, which, unlike other Ottoman palaces, still has all its original decoration. Then we will visit Çamlica Hill, the highest hill in Istanbul, located on the Asian shore of the Bosphorus. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Free day. Optional full-day tour of the magnificent city of Istanbul, with entrance fees included. In the historic part of the city, visit the Hagia Sophia (exterior visit), the pinnacle of Byzantine art and the pearl of Istanbul. We will visit the famous Topkapi Palace, residence of the Ottoman sultans for four centuries, including the treasury and sacred relics. At midday, we will enjoy a typical lunch at a local restaurant in the Sultanahmet area and continue with a visit to the Blue Mosque, a marvel of harmony, proportion, and elegance, and the Hippodrome, which preserves the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column, the Fountain of Emperor William, and the Egyptian Obelisk. At the end of the afternoon, we will visit the famous Grand Bazaar, where we will have free time to lose ourselves among its four thousand shops. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

At the appointed time, transfer to the airport to catch the flight to Cappadocia. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

Option to enjoy a spectacular hot air balloon ride at sunrise. Departure to visit this fantastic region, birthplace of Saint George, with its fascinating and unique landscape, formed three million years ago by lava spewed from the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes. Visit the numerous monasteries and chapels of Göreme, carved into the rocks and decorated with frescoes. We will stop at a carpet and kilim workshop. We will also pass through the Güvercinlik (dovecote) valley and admire a wonderful panoramic view of Uchisar Castle, located on top of a volcanic rock promontory perforated by tunnels and windows. Finally, we will stop at a workshop specializing in handicrafts, typical stones, and jewelry from Cappadocia. In the evening, we will have the option of attending a Turkish folk dance show. Free day with the option of going on a Jeep Safari through the valleys for approximately 3 hours. There are many valleys carved out by nature over thousands of years in the Cappadocia region. This is one of the best ways to enjoy this beautiful region, with its unique landscapes from a natural and architectural point of view. We will visit the Hallaç monastery, which was built in the 11th century and carved into the rocks of the city of Ortahisar, which served as a hospital where monks prepared medicines and treated people. Then we will visit the Pancarlik Valley, with its preserved frescoes. With a bonfire and mulled wine, we will bid farewell to the region from the last hill we visited. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
